Moving You Forward
8 Tips to Get Out of Feeling Lost
The BIG question...Well sh*t, now what do I do?
I am at a crossroad and I am unsure of myself and what path to take next. We have all been there at least once in our life!
I'm a new empty nester. I just got out of a long term relationship. I hate my job. I was just diagnosed with a major disease. I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired. I feel like I have lost my connection to spirit. I know there is more for me but I just don't know what is next!
Does any of this sound like you? You see, it was me, every single one of those crossroads I have come to and have had to navigate and pick the right path for me. Let me help YOU navigate the next chapter in your life and find your perfect path for you! Why do it alone when you can have someone by your side every step of the way?
She understood that the hardest times in life to go through were when you were transforming from one version of yourself to another.

I approach coaching with science and facts that is supported with spirituality and love. I believe that there is always two sides to a coin and by blending both sides you come up with the perfect fit for you. I have had exceptional training from HCI and I bring amazing life experiences into each unique client experience.
April of 2013, I was diagnosed with breast cancer, boy what a ride that was! During that time we decided to open a metaphysical gift shop from scratch, because I didn't have quite enough on my plate! So with the help of friends and family my new adventure began as a shop owner. In that process I often felt as if I was on a roller coster (I like roller coasters) all the while my spiritual journey was following a new path that was just a little more loving and a little less judgmental.
I have been a massage therapist and aromatherapist. I am still a reiki healer and an Intuitive card reader.
Before all of this I spent twenty plus years working in Corporate America in the fields of hospitality and sales. I know what it is like to work hard for someone else, to put in 10,12 sometimes 18 hours in a day just to get the job done! I have worked with every kind of personality and boss. I have been the boss of a few and of large departments with personal employees of up to 50 at a time. I have worked for very large corporations and small ones too. And as I said above, I have the experience of opening my own business and running it from scratch. So I have experience that is wide and deep.
Why does any of that matter you you may ask? It means that you will have some one working with you that brings lots of different life experiences. Someone that can help you go beyond what is currently in front of you. Someone that understands that we have all had a million different experiences that have brought us to this place. Someone who is kind and nurturing yet practical. Someone who will love you for who you are yet will be strong enough to hold you accountable to your goals and will cheer you on like the rock star you are, when you achieve those goals! I am here to help you navigate your own personal Phoenix Rising!
Today I enjoy taking care of me. I have always wanted to take care of everyone else first but finally realized that I can’t help anyone if I don't help myself first. (It's hard to fill someone else's cup if yours is empty!)
So now I meditate for 10 minutes everyday, I exercise at least 5 days a week, most of the time I make pretty good food choices, but most importantly for me is that I give myself permission to have guilt free “me” time. Sometimes that is a bubble bath, sometimes its fun girlfriend time with wine and lots of laughs, sometimes its snuggle time on the couch with my wonderful husband and a bag of popcorn watching a movie. What ever I do I make sure to set aside time every day to create joy, and you can too! Let me help you on your journey of self love, self worth and self discovery. That is really what my program is all about.
